Founded in 1967 and located 18 miles southeast of Phoenix, Arizona on the Gila River Indian Reservation, PIMA VALVE, INC. is a leader in the marine valve industry. We continually cross train personnel to perform a multitude of functions, thereby maximizing the potential of both operator and equipment. Tight manufacturing tolerances mandate machine designs that allow consistent component reproduction. Our modern CNC equipment, mills and lapping machines ensure a perfect fit every time.

We pride ourselves in the manufacture of standard catalog production type valves. However we are especially proud of our ability to furnish the "not so standard" product. Whether an old pattern no longer available or new product design, we fill the order. With basic dimension and application information we will produce engineered drawings of the finished product. Utilizing the best materials available, our in-house pattern shop will quickly produce any required design. Our flexibility includes recognizing and embracing industry advancements. Motor operated valve applications have increased in recent years. PIMA VALVE answers customers request by adapting any valve configuration to hydraulic, pneumatic or electric operation. We design valve/operator assemblies to specific customer requirements. The result is a sophisticated piece of equipment using the latest technology.

Matching production requirements with shop capacity, our senior staff provide accurate production schedules. We do not provide arbitrary dates to receive awards but actual, reliable delivery commitments. We understand that customers rely on our ability to get the job done right on time as promised. Our valves have been approved by the U.S. Coast Guard, based on tests performed and affidavits filed. PIMA VALVE is listed as qualified manufacturer of valves in the Equipment List CG-190 of the U.S. Coast Guard. Many of our valves (both wheel and motor operated) have been successfully shock and vibration tested MIL-S-901C and MIL-STD-167B respectively. These test reports are on file and available upon request. All material is purchased and labor performed in the United States of America by Americans. Additionally, our fully documented Quality Assurance Program is in accordance with ISO-9002 and MIL-I-45208, assuring product integrity.
